How much does HostPulse cost?
Starter is ₹999 a month (₹9,990 a year), Professional is ₹1,999 a month (₹19,990 a year), and Enterprise starts at ₹3,999 a month (₹39,990 a year). These are the current prices after 35% off. Paying yearly saves you two months.
Which plan is right for my property?
It depends on how many rooms you run. Starter covers 1 to 5 rooms, Professional covers 6 to 20, and Enterprise is for 21 rooms or more, including resorts and property groups.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, a one-time fee of ₹4,999. It covers property and room setup, payment and email configuration, staff training, importing your existing data, and go-live support.
Do you take a commission on my bookings?
No. You pay for your plan, never a cut of your bookings. Online travel agencies still charge their own commission on bookings that come through them, which is why the booking engine on your own channel is worth using.
Can I connect Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes, through iCal calendar sync, which keeps your availability in step across channels. It is included from the Professional plan. On Starter you can add it as a channel manager add-on for ₹499 to ₹999 a month.
How do guests pay?
Guests can pay by UPI, card or cash. Online payments are taken securely through the booking engine, and every stay gets an invoice or voucher.
What do the WhatsApp and AI add-ons do?
The WhatsApp module sends automated notifications and updates and handles guest communication, for ₹499 to ₹999 a month. The AI assistant is a guest chatbot that answers from your own knowledge base and helps with reservations, for ₹999 to ₹1,999 a month. Both are optional on any plan.
Can I manage more than one property?
Yes, from one dashboard. Your first property is ₹1,999 a month and each additional property is ₹999 a month. The Enterprise plan includes multiple property management.
Can I pay monthly, and is there a money-back guarantee?
You can pay monthly or yearly. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee, and terms and conditions apply, so ask us for the details before you sign up.
